  5. Goodcall

    AI receptionist

    VerifiedUnique-caller billing

Billed per caller. Repeat callers make this run high.

    How we got this number

    300 callers at your volume.

Growth includes 500 callers for $129/mo, so no overage.

This vendor bills unique customers, not calls. The estimate treats every call as a different person, so repeat callers make it high.

    How we got this number

The only figure we have is from $50/mo, and it can't be turned into a cost at your volume.

Read on lindy.ai/pricing on 29 Oct 2026. Free trial is $50 in credits for 7 days. Team starts at $49.99 per active user a month for 5,000 credits, pooled across the team, with bigger credit tiers up to 1,750,000 and top-ups at $10 per 1,000 credits. Enterprise is custom. The page does not say how many credits a phone minute uses, so there is no call estimate.

  11. ServiceAgent

    AI receptionist

    No volume estimateVerified

There is an entry price, but it can't be turned into a cost at your volume.

    How we got this number

The only figure we have is from $49/mo, and it can't be turned into a cost at your volume.

Read on serviceagent.ai/pricing on 29 Oct 2026. Launch is $0 (pay-as-you-go credits). Core is $49/mo ($39/mo billed yearly) with 2,000 credits; Growth $119/mo ($95 yearly) with 6,000; Franchise $349/mo ($279 yearly) with 20,000 and 3 locations. AI voice costs 15 credits a minute, so Core covers about 133 voice minutes if credits go only to voice. Credits are shared with SMS, ads and reviews, and extra credits are listed at $0.02-$0.04 each, so there is no single overage rate. Kept out of the calculator.

Receptionist or voice platform?

An AI receptionist answers your calls like a front desk. You sign up and it works. A voice platform is a toolkit. A developer builds the agent, and you pay for minutes, the AI model and the phone line.

How we estimate

We pick the cheapest plan that covers your volume, then add overage at the published rate. Verified means we read the price on the vendor's page. Estimated means we had to derive part of it.

Full method and billing scopes ›

Calls become minutes using your average length, and minutes become calls the same way, so a per-minute platform and a per-call receptionist can sit in one list. Every stored plan is priced at your volume, and the cheapest one that can be priced is shown.

If a plan doesn't publish overage, volume above it steps up to the next plan. If no plan covers you, the card shows the largest plan's price with a “+” and an amber warning. We don't guess a rate.

Goodcall bills unique callers; the estimate treats every call as a new caller. Ringly doesn't bill spam or hang-ups; the estimate treats every call as billable. Vapi's figure is hosting only. Retell's is one example stack from their estimator. Bland includes model and voice but not telephony. ElevenLabs call minutes exclude the language model.

How we make money

Some links pay us a commission. They're marked “Affiliate”. The order is set by cost only. Vendors can't pay to rank higher.

FAQ

Why is my estimate different from the vendor's headline price?

The headline price is usually the smallest plan. We convert your calls into each vendor's unit (minutes, calls or callers) using your average call length, then price every published plan at that volume: the monthly fee plus overage past the included allowance. The card shows the cheapest plan that covers you, so it is often a bigger plan than the one on the vendor's homepage.

What does “Platform fee only” mean?

Some voice platforms publish a hosting rate per minute, but the AI model, the voice and the phone line are billed on top. Vapi is the clearest case. The badge and the line under it say what the number leaves out. “Example stack” means one setup from the vendor's own estimator; other models and voices cost more or less.

What do Verified and Estimated mean?

Verified means the figure was read on the vendor's own pricing page. Estimated means it came from a secondary source, or part of it had to be derived. We never turn a blog post or a competitor's table into a Verified price.

How often do you check prices?

Prices are compiled by hand from each vendor's pricing page. Every vendor page shows the date its price was checked, and the footer shows the date of the latest pass. If a number looks wrong, use “Report a wrong price” in the footer.

Why do some vendors have no price?

A few vendors only quote on request, or publish a price that can't be turned into a monthly cost at your volume. They are listed last with a “Contact vendor” button, and never ranked against priced vendors.
