Methodology
Every price on toolcrew.app comes from the vendor's own pricing page. This page explains how we read those prices, how we label them, and how we turn them into a monthly estimate.
Pricing data last updated: October 29, 2026. Last automated price check: October 29, 2026.
How prices are collected
A price scraper runs every day at 07:15 (Europe/Madrid). It downloads each covered vendor's pricing page as plain HTML, without running JavaScript, and reads the visible text. Each vendor has its own parser, and it only uses numbers printed on the page.
When a page prints the same number twice, for example on a plan card and again in a comparison table or FAQ, the parser checks that both copies agree. If a required number is missing or two copies disagree, that vendor is left unchanged and the failure is logged. We don't fill the gap with a guess.
A vendor's record is only rewritten when its price, plans, included minutes or calls, or overage rate actually changed. The “last updated” date therefore shows when prices last moved, and each vendor page shows when its price was last checked.
Some vendors can't be read automatically: the price only appears after JavaScript runs, there is no public price, or the published price doesn't fit a per-minute or per-call model. Those vendors are updated by hand from the same pricing page.
Sources
Each vendor record stores one source URL: the vendor's pricing page. It is listed as the pricing source in llms-full.txt and the vendors API, and the compare pages link to it. For two vendors the scraper reads a more specific page on the vendor's own site, because the main pricing URL has no plan prices.
Prices and estimates are in US dollars. Where a vendor publishes no price, we show none.
Verified and Estimated
Verified means the figure was read on the vendor's pricing page. Estimated means it was not read on the vendor's pricing page in the latest pass, and it stays labeled that way everywhere it appears. Right now 25 of 27 vendors are Verified and 2 are Estimated.
How the monthly estimate works
You enter a volume in calls or minutes and an average call length. We convert between calls and minutes using that average, so a vendor that bills per minute and one that bills per call can sit in one list.
Every published plan is priced at your volume. Within a plan's allowance, the cost is the plan price. Above it, we add the extra minutes or calls at the published overage rate. If a plan publishes no overage rate, it can't be priced above its allowance, so a larger plan is used. The cheapest plan that can be priced is the estimate.
- If no plan covers your volume and none publishes an overage rate, we show no estimate.
- If a plan's price is published but its included minutes or calls are not, we show a “from” price, not a volume estimate.
- Vendors with custom or quote-only pricing show their published starting price, if any, and no estimate.
Some vendors need an extra assumption, and the card says so:
- Vendors that bill unique customers: every call is treated as a different person, so repeat callers make the estimate high.
- Ringly doesn't bill spam, hang-ups, wrong numbers, or callers who only want a human. The estimate treats every call as billable.
- Some voice platforms publish only a hosting rate. The language model, voice, and phone carrier are extra and not in the total.
- Some use one example stack from the vendor's own estimator. Other models and voices cost more or less.
- Some per-minute rates include the model and voice, but telephony is billed separately. Others are call-minute prices with the language model extra.
Report a wrong price
Prices change. If you see one that doesn't match the vendor's page, report a wrong price. Vendors can use the same form to send corrections.
Independence
Some links to vendors may be affiliate links. Commissions never change the ranking: results are ordered by estimated monthly cost or by the sort you pick. See the affiliate disclosure.
